Isn't there some law where you're not responsible for what happens within the first few seconds of waking up? Sleep punching was mentioned in this maybe as a joke but it might be somewhat real.

ok. last time.

i realize it was brought up by his attorney - i just thought it was strange that that particular comment was appenended to the end of a story which mentioned nothing else about drug abuse. if they're using it as a defence, great. that's awesome. i just don't see how it ties into the rest of the story. i am now done explaining why it seemed like drug abuse seemed oddly placed within the context of the story.

I agree, but 20 years in FEDERAL prison for one moment of anger outburst... maybe anger manegment class/community service. This has already cost someone $25000 in bail money!

About 10 years ago, I had a seat in the very last row (next to bathroom, seats that don't fold back, and all the little kids) of an American Airlines flight to Dallas. The same little window plastic frame thing had popped out of the window during the previous flight. I asked the stewardess about it, she said to put in the seat pocket in front of me.
