Look, humans kill other humans and eat their meat... still... what makes you think dogs can be spared?
I love dog, I would not personally eat dog meat, but forbidding others from eating dog meat is going too far. Only thing I can oppose is inhumane treatment, such as beating to death.
Are we not Americans? Do we not make our own laws? Were there not dogs at Valley Forge? Where in the Constitution does it give foreigners the right to eat dogs in America?
I really hate clichés but here is one. "Think Globally". And I am not American, I hope for your sake I don't get to make American Laws. There is no law in America (as far as I can tell) that prohibits eating dogs.
