But to be considered a "victim," doesn't the recipient of said act need to be capable of experiencing it? Someone mentioned a Fleshlight in the bike-sex thread. Is a Fleshlight a "victim" of, well, of what it's designed to do? It's an inanimate object. The corpse involved here is also an inanimate object, which happens to have at one time been a living human. I don't think it's possible to have sex with someone who has been dead for 92 years. Not unless they are very well preserved.
