Man, Call of Duty Ghosts really sucks

The singleplayer campaign for COD's are usually pretty brilliant, but this one just sucks. Anyone else notice this? It's small things. Like, there aren't stupid quotes anymore from like Condoleeza Rice. There are all of these futuristic guns which aren't like real guns of today. Too many gadgets. The tank is more responsive than my car. Etc. It's just so stupid.

IMO, the last great COD single player campaign was COD 4 Modern Warfare. I didnt think Ghosts was that much worse than some of the other recent single player campaigns, except the ending was really lame.

I'm with Tundra. I really liked Modern Warfare but even MW was pushing it. The series just needs to die.

MW SP: Unique game, very nice story and presentation, one of the best in it's year
MW2 SP is also highly recommended, I really enjoyed it along with Black Ops.

People complain about how short it's, but I like it just like that
I'm going through The Witcher 1 with 35 hours already, just stopped playing it and I won't touch an RPG perhaps for the end of next year

Saying COD single player campaigns suck nowadays is like saying, "I bought a twinkie, and it didn't taste like aged prime rib".

Sometimes you need a twinkie. It'll be good, as long as you're not trying to pair it with a nice Cabernet.

I'm with Tundra. I really liked Modern Warfare but even MW was pushing it. The series just needs to die.

MW was pretty brilliant. Who ever heard of a mission where you're hiding beneath a moving enemy tank? MW2 was extremely good also. I'll never forget the final scene where you pull a knife out of your chest and kill the bad guy.

Since Infinity Ward got canned, the series has been shit.

BO1 was pretty awesome. BO2 sucked, just like Ghosts. Futuristic weapons, too much sentimentality. I think it's the same developer.

I gave the game a try running it on a pair of sli'd titans and a 2600k@ 4400 with 8 gigs of ram --- the game ran like total crap with frequent lag, stutters etc... regardless of drivers, game settings --- single card or SLI --- worthless garbage. What little I did get to experience of the actual game play was same old COD. Blame myself for buying this turd. Never again -- even for free.

Not sure if the first Black Ops suffered from bad drivers for ages or needed a major update but i had quite a few cards and always had a stutter with that game. I got my first kepler being a 670 and that stutter disappeared. I have had a few 670s, a 770 and now my 650 and no stutter.

My gtx650 feels smoother then any of the other high end cards did, that includes a gtx280, a gtx295, a gtx570 and even a gtx580. Amazing coincidence maybe but it is strange.
