MAN...charges like that really ruin your life, even if they're false or withdrawn. I hope that guy gets every cent he asks for. See the problem is, when something like this happens...it not only hurts the person falsely accused, but the children the authorities try to protect. While they're trying this guy, the REAL perpetrator is still out on the streets, and no one's even looking for him, because they think they have their guy

That's a very, very bad idea if the police DO come again. You can get life imprisonment for killing a cop.

Sorry, this isn't something that officers should just get reprimanded for. This is something that at the least they should be fired for and should possibly serve jail time for. When someone in a position of power violates constitutional rights, they should be punished accordingly.

Anyway, I hope he wins his case and whomever was the main guy/guys that decided to go after him at the very least get fired.
