Actually its real easy and real fast. Just pan seer each side for 30 seconds and its done. No need for seasoning, sauce, whatever.

you can just use salt and pepper and whateverr spices you have, it literally takes 15 min to do that, cause i just did it and it was really good

tho i do recomend picking up teh fat mans seasonings, they are pretty good
