Man... Logitech is amazing

I had an MX510 in the past with a defective left click. I called them up, and they were going to send me a MX518 without me sending my 510 back.

They sent the 518, but it ended up getting lost by DHL. I let them know, and they overnighted me a new 518. The next day, both mice showed up at my door step - and Logitech told me to keep both.

Not surprised they would do that because they want to make the customer happy. The thing the sucks the most is having the problems to happen to begin with after just a few months. A mouse should last at least a year if it is heavily used.

Mine was .... IIRC ... almost two years old. I don't even recall if it was in warranty, but they still had no qualms about replacing it.

Did you use it a lot ? I never had the button issue before and hope not to. I always had the freezing issue which is very annoying when doing anything. Freeze here, freeze there. Can't do what you want to do.
