Man who needs a heart transplant is refused because he won't get the covid vaccine.

This 31yr old dude needs a heart transplant, he's to weak to even leave the hospital but now he's been passed over because he will not accept a covid vaccine. Dr's say that because a transplant patient need many drugs to shut down the immune system going through the lengthy procedure for any knucklehead who won't get all the vaccine shots is a "waste of time" and instead give the donor heart to another person. Oh, guy has 2 young kids

The only way any rational person in those circumstances would refuse a vaccine that nothing does more than head-fake your immune system is if you think that your life here was just a wrong turn. If he was refusing to take an extremely safe vaccine that would protect him from hospitalization-from/death-by-covid before he had his issues, why is he a good candidate to receive a heart that requires a lifetime of maintenance medication. He sadly doesn't seem like a candidate likely to follow good medical advice, and there are tons of other candidates who will listen to good medical advice waiting for hearts.
