Management = No sense of humor?

One of the management guys was asking about some large prints he requested an hour or so ago.

I responded in all seriousness that, "It only takes me a minute or so to set it up and print, but the printer tends to take a while because the mice that power it get tired. And we don't want PETA out here about that again."

He just stared at me. I thought it was funny.

Of course upon seeing his blank stare, I said I was just joking and that it is an old and slow printer.

yeah we're not allow to crack any jokes at work.. people give you the stare down..

which is why im giving notice tomorrow..
