Mandrake 9.0

I am trying to install Mandrake 9.0 on my computer, I am using a Abit Kr7a-133R mobo, and both my hard drives are connected to the raid controllers, but not running raid. When I boot using the linux cd, it does not detect my secondary drive, which I have using Partition Magic to create a Linux Partition. Can someone give me an idea of what I should do or try.

Try using non-raid controllers.

Mandrake isn't compatible with raid?\ or at least the riad on my mobo?

Its possible. Most of the "raid" cards on these cheap motherboards are bios assisted software raid cards. Many of the companies are not providing tech docs to the developers to properly support them. Try it without and see what happens.
