Margaret Cho - Is she hot enough for a burlesque show?

I read somewhere that Margaret Cho is performing in some sort of burlesque show in NYC. I know she's a comedian and from what I remember, she wasn't exactly the hottest girl out there. Has she gotten hot or something to be part of an x-rated burlesque show?!?

i've been to burlesque shows at "The Slipper Room" on the LES, and the girls there were not exactly....hot...

burlesque is more about the performance, than the person

Burlesque is the new "in" crowd thing to do. Not as sleazy as going to a strip club, the show combines classy strippers (uhm, classy is a relative term here. They do take off their clothes, they just don't shove their crotch in your face), music, comediennes, and sideshow acts.

Your grandparents, if they were hip, went to these shows in the 50s. Usually it was a dinner theatre type of setting.
