That's not even close to being true.

It takes awhile to work but eating a good amount of decent grade pot will get you a huge "body" high, I think the case here was that the teens were freaking out and getting paranoid as they didn't know WTF was happening to them. It's still messed up to do that to someone though IMO..

btw-the only thing I've ever eaten was some hash a long time ago. Eating it is a totally different buzz very slightly mescaline like especially along the lines of the slight stomach cramp that any hallucinogen will give you.

in pharmacy school we had a 2hr lecture on marijuana and it's effects. we all thought the professor was a hippie love child stuck in the 60's. He even printed the handouts in green ink. One of highlight classes in pharm school because all my friends went to the lecture baked.

All I remember was that marijuana is neuroprotective and saying THC has no ill effects.

I quit smoking for like a year once. The first hit I had after that blew my mind. I thought I had just eaten a bunch of mushrooms. It can definitely be pretty intense, and it's no surprise the kids threw up.

Ironically enough, I have never experienced full-on hallucinations with either mushrooms or LSD. Not that I would ever do such evil, evil things. :sneaky:

My finances have nothing to do with anything. I have always been good at managing money, but that becomes difficult when you lose your job.. lol. We're still working through things. I just got my full credit report pulled, and will begin dealing with items on an individual basis soon. It's actually not as bad as I thought it would be.

Uhhh yes it is, for the 1st time a few months ago I ate some Rice Crispy Treats from a dispensary. I was 10 times higher then I've ever been in my life and damn near tripping balls. The high was nothing like any smoking high I'd ever had.

Have you actually ever "tripped balls?" I've had extremely potent brownies and the effect is nothing like lsd or mushrooms.

I imagine anyone might "think" they were sick if they suddenly got high without knowing the cause...

You gotta realize that it's not going to be like the movies where someone eats a brownie and gets all happy and delirious. I would get seriously worried if I just felt high and didn't know why. I might even get so worried that I cause a whole lot of other symptoms unrelated to marijuana just through mental distress. A lot of the ability to enjoy being high comes from being mentally prepared to be high.
