Yeah, it's like that here now. From what I've heard the class sizes have swelled and the testing has becoming easier. The written part was a joke when I went through it, but the part on the range was intense with the guy teaching it, who had been in the top 5 of the national pistol competition the year before, running us through every sort of scenario you can imagine. My worst scoring part was having to do a quick draw with your off hand. Each time we did that my first shot was low. Right through the crotch each time. Not a kill shot, but one that would make the assailant wish he were dead.

Now the range portion consists of you basically not killing yourself or anyone else and you pass.

Terrible management. How did they not noticed a huge group of 100 just standing around? SOP for that should be to call the police to clear them out.

Just about every theater around here now employs cops on the big releases and weekend nights, primarily because of obnoxious teenagers who get all angsty when they're asked to shut up or leave. It really does help. I LOVE seeing some kid try to bully and give lip to the management (who is usually just another kid), only to be publicly embarrassed and booted by a cop.

That theater doesn't deserve to be in business. If your patrons start acting like it's a war zone, you need to employ enough security and off-duty cops to get the place back under control.

Instead we sit and talk about stuff on forums while the ghetto trash are out in the streets taking whatever they can. Half this forum hates cops, and the other half, with rare exception, wouldn't even get involved if they saw a crime like this happen right in front of them. What smart person would considering the odds against you?

I don't know about your town, but here most theatres have 100+ people outside even an hour after end of last flick.

Security should have noticed a trend with this crowd though.

Sadly it's a racial thing more often than not. It's becoming cool again to be a hoodrat/gangster. Sadly, because that racial thing ends up being the thing that gets everyone off. You always have someone that works for the place making the mistake of saying: "Yeah a group of blacks/whites/yellows/reds/etc formed outside...we knew they shouldn't be there".
