Who do you think are the best? Perosnally, I think the girls have the best all around talents. Other than Mario, the other guys aren't Idols.

Wow, Mario was by far one of the best voices and best entertainers they have this year...I haven't learned them all by name, but he stood out. This really sucks as he was guaranteed going to make the finals.

I think it was the genre that killed it for us last night. None of the contestants were alive during the 60's and neither were most of the viewing audience.

BTW, as for Mario dropping out ... I don't buy that whole dropping out for 'personal reasons' act. He must have been contacted by a recording company and dropping out early meant he didn't have to be contractually bound to American Idol.

The girls are weak this year. The only talent I see from the side of the female is Nadia Turner. Carrie Underwood will go far but when she ventures out of the country genre, she just falls apart. Mikalah Gordon can't sing. I haven't heard any of the judges really give her props for her singing talent. Every week, it was something about her personality.

Out of the guys, the only one who I don't think can sing is Constatine. Girls vote for him because of his charisma but in all honesty, he doesn't belong in the top 12.

But nobody was worse than Junior Nanny last night. OMFG, she totally butchered Son of a Preacher Man. I didn't get that Mrs. Wallace scene (Pulp Fiction) where Vincent Vega picks her up for a date feeling at all. She's terrible, I hope she gets cut this week.
