Rights of Habeas Corpus. Nope, ICE is detaining and holding US citizens at the border without being told why. Threats to send US Citizens to prisons in El Salvador, or Guantánamo Bay, or have actually done it.

Judges and the courts, neutered. If a judge makes a ruling that something is illegal/unconstitutional, Trump can either abide by the ruling or ignore it. If he chooses to ignore the ruling, nothing can be done, the only recourse is for the US Marshall's to enforce the ruling. US Marshall's are under the US DOJ, and who has complete control of the DOJ?

The lawyers and law firms are collapsing like a cheap lawn chairs under threats of harassment by Trumps DOJ and taking a knee to kissing the ring while avowing to defend Trump and not the law.

The Media is also cowering like a whipped dog. They couldn't say shit even with a mouthful of it, and are coughing huge sums of money to dear leader, all under threats of retaliation from Trumps DOJ.

Effectively we are under Marshall Law, just without an official declaration.

I read somewhere courts have the authority to deputize law enforcement to be their marshals. Just a matter of if they have stones to do it. I bet they would get a ton of volunteers to join.

I'd argue that MAGA is running the Government more like an Empire, with an Emperor and all.
More like a coup from those in power usurping the law and the Constitution.

Marshal Law can be declared and canceled.
