No one could argue that with any potentially dangerous device human's never play a part.
The difference is that we have a massive infrastructure in place, from licensing to policing (including random checkpoints) to mandatory insurance (which prohibits some people from buying cars that can go 150 mph) to make sure most people, like exdeath, dont drive around at 150 mph. Nevermind all the safety features that have been built into cars to prevent people from dying.
We don't have anything even close to this when it comes to guns.
Whenever
anyone tries to put in place anything which even sniffs of something similar for gun ownership, the NRA is there to block it.
