can't believe whitney won
she was actually good... so what that she's 22... age doesn't mean anything as a chef.
and she didn't know shit about anything outside of southern cooking
half the places i've eaten, the chefs could barely cook the shit on their menu.
eat at better places?
even the better places.... just cuz something has a "major name" on it.. doesn't mean the chef is a master.
Also: seriously, eat at better places.
i forgot.. everyone on ATOT makes $1.9mil/hr...
if i go to a steak place.. like... Outback, or Texas Roadhouse... order a Medium Rare steak... i expect medrare.. not med.. not well.
if i go to olive garden.. i expect al dente pasta... not overcooked.
yes.. i do expect the chefs to be able to cook food at restaurants.
I guess that's where we differ - I expect stuff out of OG and Outback to suck ass.
I'd go on Chowhound and find a spectacular hole in the wall run by some mom and pop that's been doing that shit for 20 years, not some college drop out cook (my buddy was a cook @ Outhouse)
Fucking CSS rollover preview showed the spoiler without even clicking on the thread. Argh!
