Interesting you mentioned that. It seems to be the common belief among many on the boards.

It wouldn't be surprising. The Brothers Wachaowski are HUGE anime and comic book fans. HUGE.

BTW, there seem sto be a lawsuit of the Bros. stealing the Matrix story from a woman............Looks like they do a lot of surreptitious ripping off.

Meh big deal. It was entertaining and that's all that should matter. I'm sure major movies "copy" scenes, dialog, backgrounds from a lot of other smaller movies and there isn't a big uproar because nobody knows about em so nobody brings em up.
