Every coupon I have seen from OD now says that. After what happen with the multiple stacking of coupons for the 160GB MAxtor a few weeks ago, they have changed policies.

"Technology Items" is a pretty vague desricption. For all I care, a hard drive is an electronic file storage organizer, much like a paper file cabinet. Almost anything could be considered a "technology item (even a flourescent desk lamp)," unless they define specifically what technology items they speak of in the "see below for details."

i have this drive. got it at frys 3 months ago for $129-50 MIR. i can say its a great drive.

i use like 30 gigs of it. haha, but well i was in the market for an 80 gb and this was well basicalyl the same price at the time for $80 + tax


and 10 gigs of that is mp3s. and another 15 is isos i still havent deleted. good lord.

Hmm... I just checked for a store in the Dallas area and it's $159.94 online with a $30 and $40 rebate. That comes to $89.94 + tax. That's good enough for me, plus I should be able to order now and pick up at the store, right? That way I don't have to camp outside.

I lucked out. PM'd the drive to Staples ($129) and got them (OD) to take a $20 off $100 coupon at my local BM.

Bottom line:

$149.84
PM -$19.80
Coupon - $20
=$109.94
-$70 rebates = $39.94! Yay
