I checked the status and the HD shipped, but the TDKs are OOS. There is a note telling me to call them. They better let me keep that coupon applied.

Well, I hope I'm the only one to suffer this fate:

My order just got delivered, I took about 1/2 hour before I opened it as I was busy with other things.

I opened the box and there's no hard drive inside, but there is a box of 100 peel & seel catalog envelopes. That's right, they packed the wrong thing!

This is going to get entertaining...

If you tell them they shipped the wrong item, won't they just ship you another shipment as they messed up?

Yeah they got it worked out. You know they probably think I'm being a criminal, but suprisingly she was ver professional. Maybe they have some way of knowing they messed up, who knows...

Anyhoo, they are trying to fix things now. <3 Staples for that at least.
