<< How do you apply the coupon after PM? >>
If you have a Staples nearby, you can PM against it after using the coupon online and requesting in store pick-up, cash payment. I got a similar deal by actually buying the drive at the local Staples and driving to the Twin Cities to pick up a drive I ordered online from OD using a $20 coupon. I asked for a PM at OD and when they questioned whether Staples was offering the same drive, I pulled out my Staples receipt and showed them the drive from Staples. (An advert with the model number would suffice also, but why take chances). They agreed to the PM and I reminded the cashier that I had used a $20 coupon online. He ended up using a generic coupon code to get me the additional $20 off.
Again, reminds me of the good old days when Staples let you stack a coupon and a PM. I can't believe OD will be doing this for much longer, although they had a good year profit-wise.
I got an 40gig, ATA133, fluid bearing drive that's been running great for 2-3 weeks now. OD has got my business any time I am in the Twin Cities (90 minute drive away). CompUSA has also been good for me in the Twin Cities, although I know many people have a problem with them.
good luck and just be firm but nice...
