I absolutely recommend the Dual Motor upgrade, while it is faster, the extra traction in the winter is well worth it. Plus you go farther

That's not bad lol I ordered June 2014 for a November delivery, then Elon announced the Dual Motor upgrade in October and I changed my order... Finally took delivery of my 85D February 26th!

But believe me... It's worth the wait

My Dashboard said "In Production" the day I got the call from the Service Center saying it's here.

They told me on order that the dashboard was not very accurate other than showing when confirmed, in queue, starting production. I get email updates from time to time. That's how I know it was being painted recently.
