I guess that they're going out of business or something, but the keyboard was $65 (what I payed), and is now down to $35. It was a key on the numpad (The "+" is regular size to accomodate the new key) that allows you to switch between QWERTY and Dvorak on the fly. No drivers or anything.

Forgive me if i'm wrong, but can't you just right click the start bar, activate language bar and hotkey keyboard language settings?
Probably, but the advantage to this keyboard is that it's Dvorak the whole time the computer is on (like for say BIOS passwords) and in situations where you might need to switch easily (say your computer-illiterate wife needs to use the computer, she can just make sure the light is off, or maybe at work).
Hmmm ... Nice lookin keyboard ... but for $35 .. I'm gonna stick with my Converted old fashioned IBM 101 key keyboard. If i want to switch to qwerty .. I'll use another box ... or change it in software
Easier? Depends on how you define easy. There is MUCH less hand movement involved in using Dvorak style, though statistically it doesn't seem any faster (or marginally faster, maybe). However, the real advantage is that it saves your wrists from making wild movements across the keyboard by keeping most of the common used letters and all the vowels on the home row. For us coders, this could mean a few extra years of carpal tunnel free operation =). It took me about 2 months to learn dvorak as fast as qwerty, and I can switch between the 2 now. This keyboard is tempting, however I wish it was black and wireless to go along with my setup =)

I've moved the keycaps on my IBM101 at home, but still touch type qwerty. I need to type fast too often to get over the learning curve and always go back to qwerty.
