Your conclusion has EVERYTHING to do with logic. How can you apply any law to any circumstance without applying logical thinking? It's impossible. It's one of the main building blocks of reasoning or giving a conclusion validity. There is only one way you can come to that conclusion, and it requires logic. You really need to look up the definition of logic. You might even look up logic and how it applies to laws. I've had a feeling this was going to be the first plug pulled. They were suffering a lot of brain drain from this move to start with, then to have to deal with a hostile state government on top of that. Not worth it.
