It was mostly a facetious post 😋Sure but as I said, they can recover the relocation expenses from the state of Florida under their existing lawsuit for damages under 43 USC 1983. It's an open and shut case. The law says plainly that no government entity can take retaliatory actions against anyone for exercising their 1A rights and DeSantis has publicly admitted that this is exactly what he's doing. If that action has made it too difficult for them to continue to do business in the state, then their relocation expenses are legitimate recoverable damages.
