MB...DOA or screwed up by me

I bought a KT3 ultra2 and I have not been able to get it to power up ....I mean at all...so how do I decide it is DOA?? not not only that how do I decide if it was sent to me that way or if I screwed up??? ( the underside of one the corners of the board may may been touching the case)( Standoff not secure) but I am not sure...what do ya think??? It was the retail version but I bet I purchased it 2 months ago so...

Have you double check to make sure it is not the power supply? since it will not power at all. I would test the board outside the case on a non-conductive service like the static bag came with the board to make sure nothing was being shorted.

Yeah, try testing the board on a non-conductive surface and see if the HSF powers up. If, and you're sure all the connections are correct then go ahead and RMA the board cause its most likely dead.
