MC: $189.00 3570K + $50 off Z77 Board

Sorry if this is a 'regular' deal, but I just grabbed a 3570K CPU + MB for around $230 yesterday. Per the store staff, all Z77 boards are $50 off with the purchase of a 3570K. That means you can essentially get a inexpensive MB for free compared to the prices of the 3570K most other places...HOT IMHO.

Keep in mind the 2500K is still only $159.00, BUT MC no longer provides a MB discount when purchasing them. FYI.

Most likely won't be too much different than it is today. Possibly drop/add one of the processors (currently, the 2700k, 3570k and 3770k all give the $50 off a Z77 mb). Otherwise, the $50 off a Z77 motherboard sale special continues unabated in Sept., as it has uninterrupted since the Z77's and IVB cpus hit the market.

Jumped on this recently as well - $189.99 3570K + $144.99 Asrock Z77e-itx combo (-$50) for $284.98 + tax. Got it stuffed into a Silverstone SG08 with a GTX600 TI and couldn't be happier

Oddly enough, that's the only MC I had access to when I was in Ames, IA. The food (Hell's Kitchen in downtown MN, etc.) and MC made the day trip worth while

There should have been a $50 off for you, too, as the August specials for Intel cpus + mb were this:

3750k, 3770k, and 2700k with a Z77 motherboard = $50 off the motherboard.

As of this morning, the August catalog is still up:

Looks like it's still live in the September catalog. picked up a 3570k and ASRock Extreme4 about a week ago. Very happy and can't beat the price! Bundle prices (-$50) seem to still be good on the 3570 and 3770 with Z77 mobos.
