McDonalds or Burger King?

I'm willing to spend an extra 10 minutes and to get off my arse to get something that tastes good!

Sometimes you just want McDonald's, Wendy's, or whatever. I'll eat practically anything but the current Whopper is nothing like the Whopper of the old. From shitty thick bread to 50% bread filler thin patty, the Whopper is now the worst hamburger between all the major chains. It's a disgrace. If BK ever brought back the old style Whopper, it would instantly jump to near the top of the list.

Yeah I'm ok with shit convenience burgers but breakfast rolls are pretty quick from wherever and also cheap, and so much better!

Neither. I rather go to my newly found local hamburgers and fries establishment and see them slice the vegetables fresh and have a great beef burger. Or i go to a shwarma saloon and buy a shawarma with fresh vegetables and garlic sauce. Or i get a döner with fresh vegetables and garlic sauce.

McDonalds breakfast is much better and they recently added some newer, tastier luncheon choices. But they do not yet sell onion rings. And in my town, there is only 1 Burger King and it is much farther away than the McDonalds

I was going to say you must be from Wisconsin, but it appears they have been expanding out quite a bit. Culver's is pretty good, as far as fast food goes.

I feel for your taste buds if you think BK is the Cadillac of fast food. Fast food isn't great, but holy shit is In and out, Shake Shack and Five Guys, light years beyond Burger King. I realize they are regional, but BK is shit, period. They ruined their food the same way Windy's did. Windy's had the most amazing fries and decent burgers, but they changed everything for the worst.

BK has been in a downward spiral for the last decade (or longer). Up until 2010 or so I'd probably have said BK.

Hit it on the head as far as I'm concerned. When I used to eat much more fast food around 2005-2011 BK was pretty tasty for the value. I think they changed their beef at some point, it just doesn't taste the same. Also the double cheeseburger got a good put smaller. I used to love the stacker. Seems Canada still has them:

Now I would say McDonalds almost all the time. Neither are ever my first choice though.
