MCI $150 credit?

Has anybody really seen this $150 credit in the phone bill? Although I was told that I would that credit BESIDES amazon GC, this morning a MCI CSR still told me they need 2-3 month to process it. Ridiculous! Since I don't get any letter saying I have had that credit, I really want to know who confirmed it from the phone bill. Any advice?

MCI is notorious for their lies. I had them and six months after I cancelled, they send me new billing though my local telephone company. I called them and they wouldn't budge, afterwhich I got my local company on a conference call with them. The local company listened to them accuse me of having to have punched in a five digit code to access them and pay standard rates, and they told MCI that they were a bunch of hyenas and told them they were going to pay it themselves, further advising them to set it up so I couln't access their system and that they were not going to bill any more calls to my phone from them.

Get what you can from them and then switch to the AT&T deal where they give you a free 120 minutes the first month and a $50.00 Superceritficate for a company of your choice. (5 cents on weekends & weekends, 9 cents otherwise) Then you can change to anyone you want after that. If you have a credit card that gets airline milage, Sprint has a deal where they give you a good price and mucho miles to switch to them.

Just to let ya'll know, I was also given the bait and switch. Told that I would get $150 Amazon coupon and $150 in long distance credit. Of course my first bill came w/o any credit. When I got on the phone with a CSR, she mentioned there must be some mistake. Of course, no supervisor is around this late, so I will deal with them tomorrow.

Will let you know where it turns.

the offering of more then just the $150 amazon credit was a mistake told by CSRS..you wont get it unless you fight for it and say you were promised it and will leave if they dont give it....

I called MCI and they say this deal is for businesses only. IS THAT RIGHT?

The deal is for small businesses, however they don't hassle accepting you as a small business. You can use your name or last name as the company name
