I signed up via the Web and heard NOTHING so I signed up by Phone instead -- I have still never heard anything from my Web sign up, so I would call if I were you.
If they call you, they will want to verify the phone number, business name, that changing is OK, etc. and, for all I know, may want to talk to the person that entered their name on the Web. If you call, they switch you over to the verification immediately and you take care of all of it at once.
