MCX462+ vs the rest of the Heat sinks out there

Im going for a nice HSF combo for the first time in my OC career Im going all out so is there any Heat sink better than this one?

imo, the SLK-800 provides similar performance at a lower cost(haven't seen any site comparing both yet)

apparently, the mcx 462+ performs better than the mcx 462
i have not been able to find a review comparing the slk-800 and the mcx 462+

Since I'm using the 462+ I'm going to recommend it

It does a pretty damn good job IMO. My cpu is running somewhere between 33*C & 43*C (damn Asus & their crappy temperature monitor) on full load and this is with an OC from 2ghz to 2.4ghz on a 190mhz (380mhz DDR) bus.

But the biggest reason I like the Swiftech is I like screwing the heatsink to the Mobo. I've broken too many socket clips and they are hell of a lot harder to take off after the fact than the HSF that screw in, IMO.

I guess I was just thinking that the MCX462+ couldnt be THAT much better than the MCX462 since they didnt actually change the model number at all, just added a plus.... gotta love my reasoning

if anyone finds a review for the mcx462+ vs slk800 please post it =)

its a short review but it places them pretty much evenly, with the SLK costing 20 dollars less though
