Yes, in 1 MHz increments. My 1.4 is running at a bus speed of 139 MHz (I've been bumping up the MHz a few points each day). So far, things have been very stable. I'm running (2) 256 MB sticks of Crucial DDR memory with a Volcano 5 as my cooling with a 300 watt Antec power supply.
