What is the meaning of "NSPS dude?" Where did this come from?

Here's why I'm asking about the phrase "NSPS, dude"

Boyfriend's work (software company) is having a contest to see who can figure out the quote (what does "NSPS, dude" mean and where did it come from). The CEO's idea. Within this company all of their conference rooms are named after movies. The quote was posted on "The Insider" conference room door. We don't know if this has anything to do with movie "The Insider." We haven't seen the movie. Maybe it was a random selection. The CEO said that he will email the company with a clue but he hasn't yet. This contest started last Friday.
