Nope. Uncle Martian - "Under Armour".
I don't see how this is trademark infringement.

there is a lot of difference between the trademarks. Also, if people cannot recognise the difference between Uncle Martian and Under Armour, I don't think you lost any brand recognition. Sure, it is similar, but the star, the laurel and the name should be distinct enough.

Under Armour is already aware of Uncle Martian, the soon-to-launch bootleg brand in China that uses a (phonetically) similar name and a very similar logo.
In a statement issued to Sole Collector today, the brand said it will pursue action against the bizarrely named imprint.
"Under Armour is aware of the Uncle Martian launch event," the statement reads. "Uncle Martians uses of Under Armours famous logo, name, and other intellectual property are a serious concern and blatant infringement. Under Armour will vigorously pursue all business and legal courses of action."
UA disagrees with you. Stay tuned for more to come.

The fairy tale of Snow White was written in 1812. By the brothers Grimm. I doubt they sold their story to Disney. But I guess once an American steals something, it's theirs, and nobody else can have it.
