Eat the vegetables you WILL eat, not the ones you think you are supposed to eat. But trying new veggies and ways of preparing them can result in some pleasant (and unpleasant) surprises. It's hard to go wrong by shopping in the fresh produce section, but remember that corn and potatoes don't really count as veggies, and that too many root vegetables are generally not good as they tend to be starchy. Other than that, go crazy and see which ones you can stick with.
