JR7-D = scout, fragile but fast enough to circle strafe people to death
HBK-4G = tough brawler, AC20 is a double edged sword, very powerful but have to be up close w/ good aim, ammo is also very limited. I feel other Hunchback variants are more versatile.
CPLT-C1 = I personally don't like LRMs but they're great if you have a partner to either spot or focus fire targets. You can also swap those out for SRM-6s and have really devastating short range alpha strike.
AS7-D = most balanced loadout, not sure if founder mechs have reduced maintenance fees since rearm/repair might get expensive for assaults, but you'll at least hurt people real bad before going down.
Circle strafing seems to be such an artifical game mechanic. couldn't they design counter measures - except that it'd break the rock/paper/scissors?
Were there ever real tank battles (since there are no mechs and the same circle strafing is in games like world of tanks) that had small light scouts circle-strafing larger tanks to kill?
When you say 'other hunchback variants', I'm unclear on the 'founder model' versus the 'other variants', how do they relate? I thought they're researched from the founder?
