Medical App for Ipad

I just got an iPhone 6 plus and my brother got an iPad mini 3. My big bro is a therapist and runs a small rehab center for his patients. I'm helping him out to find an app for his iPad where he can store and access medical records of the patients. I'm checking on some apps from the App Store but as you know most them are not free. So I wanted to get first some good suggestions from some experts here before we download Thanks.

I hope that you and your brother understand what HIPAA and HITECH say about access and use of patient data, as using an unlicensed and unprotected app for any kind of patient data could get him in serious trouble.

Make sure whatever you download abides by state, federal and local law and HIPAA and HITECH regulations.

Oh yes, we knew that it is a delicate matter so I went with him to a consultant and he recommended that we try this provider. My brother hasn't called them yet though because he's still making a list of the qualities and functions he's looking for.
