I have never been to a restaurant that charged $5-10 for a soft drink. At $80 per steak, the sides will more than likely be $15-20 or so a pop. Things like Horseradish or a butter for the steak $5-10. If you don't do an appetizer or desert/coffee at all then $200 is probably possible. A simple soft drink will be in the $5-10 range. And most places at this level will have a 20% minimum service charge.
I have not been to a place where a steak hits $80 for a single person. This menu is from The Forge in Miami which has steaks around $50-60 a pop. http://theforge.com/menus/the-forge-miami-main-a-la-carte-menu.pdf
Morton's (which is probably more well-known) is also only about $50-60 for a steak, they are more reasonable on their sides because they are made for sharing and they don't charge for every little item.
An $80 steak is going to be a very expensive meal unless you are just going for that steak.
Also, if you're getting a $80 Wagyu, it is either a single bite or not even pretending to be anything other than fake.
