Memorex 50 Pack DVD + or - $59.99 at Best Buy

Best Buy has Memorex 50 pack blank DVD this week for $59.99 with free shipping. The +R discs are RICOHJPNR01 and are 4X. High quality media. The -R discs are 4X also and I'm not sure who the manufacturer is. Their 2X -R discs have been CMCs. Amazon has the 25 pack Memorex available for $29.99 shipped and with no tax so you could save a few bucks if you weren't in any hurry to get them.

I have the 4X DVD-R from the Office Depot deal (50 for $52). They're "CMC MAG. AF1" according to DVDDecrypter.

I was excited when I saw this price - it's in their weekly flyer. I'm going to take it to Circuit City (which happens to be closer to me too) and price match it if they carry the item. That would probably knock another $5 off the price. I have a Plextor PX-708A and know that Ricoh +R media burns at 8x with no problem, so I'm all over it.

It says "coming soon" for +R on their website, anyone knows why?

Had Staples PM with their 110% Price Match Guarantee..... saved an extra 4 bucks on the +R's

Some people look down on CMC because it is made in Taiwan instead of Japan, but I've found these Memorex DVD-R to be excellent with my Pioneer 105. Burn reliably at 4X and play excellent in standalone DVD players.
