memory for oc'ing s939 a64 3000+

i'm just wondering what people are using for memory when trying to oc the a64 3000+? (like this anandtech article ".09 Athlon 64: Value, Speed and Overclocking") looking at this other anandtech article "Athlon 64 Memory: Rewriting the Rules", Geil and PQI seems to be the way to go. has anyone successfully oc'd any memory to ddr600?

I am running crucial pc3200 value ram. Could reach 220 stable, but 230 is a little bit shaky. my cpu is a64 3000+ 754, new castle. Not too bad imho.

just save the money and use a divider

I have 2 - 512MB sticks of BH5 to get rid of if you want to oc. Some of the best oc speeds ever gotton was with these chips
