The memory bandwidth issue isn't that big 'o deal. If it was, nobody would have bought a via 133A. The scores are less than an OCed BX board which bothers a lot of people. But in real world gaming it's hard to see the difference.
Now you've got i815e coming out. This chipset has good memory performance (at least as good as via's) but still not equal to BX. I dunno, if I were to buy now I'd hold off for Asus's 815e board and see how that compares to the p3v4x..
