Memory Question for Acer TravelMate 4402

Hi all,
Well I got the Acer TM4402 for Christmas and I plan on upgrading the memory. The specs are:

My question is: does the memory have to be DDR333 SDRAM? or does it support higher memory possibilities? ie DDR2 or something

Nope, U Have to use PC2700 DDR Memory, I'm planning of updating my travelmate 4010 from 512 to 1GB, see 512 PNY sticks in BestBuy for $49.99 each!!

The TM4402 also takes ddr400 ram. Ive had one for about 6 months and recently upgraded and found the ddr400 1gb stick cheaper than the ddr333 so i bought that one and it works fine. It will just underclock itself or you can actually make the ram run at ddr400 if you use athlon64tweaker.

At first i was just going for a 512mb stick since mine already with one 512mb stick but just decided to go for the 1gb and man what a difference it was. System just flies now and im thinking of just going for the other 1gb and max it out.
