Results look to be as expected.. The Core i7's ridiculously fast and exceptionally sophisticated cache (plus hyperthreading) really help to disguise memory latency, and make high speed memory an unimportant aspect of a performance rig..
I have my RAM running 2666 14-14-14-32 1T, which to me is much better than running it at 3200 speed with more relaxed timings..
To be fair though, the games that are out now just aren't memory intensive enough I think. We need a much bigger and more strenuous game to really test this..
The best game for testing RAM will probably be Star Citizen when it comes out, but until then, it's just speculation..
