ok ... PM the ebay item # ... and I'll check ... but you may have made yet another mistake ... The Dimms/Simms may not be an issue, since I do not believe that there is such a thing as a 168pin Simms (they disappeared with 32bit memory) ... However, you may have compatibility issues due to the fact that PC133 is not always (though it can be) compatible with PC100 motherboards (specific model of stick is relevent here) ... Although, the final (& true) test is to try it ... if they are incorrect you could always dump them back on ebay ;-)
As for the 160gb hd ... you may have issues regarding the size of the drive ...
older motherboards / Bios don't support that size disk ... it MAY see 120gb, it MAY see less ... if it does see 120gb, then you could live with that, if you want to exceed 120gb, you'll need a PCI IDE controller anyway (under $50 - even from CompUSA). To boot off it, you'll want to install XP, if you want to use it as a second drive, then you can probably survive with your existing OS... though I'd recommend upgrading to XP, as it's so much better ...
Eitherway, remember that with the K2/500 processor, its still not gonna be able to play games, or anything else thats processor intensive ... but with 512Mb, it should be a lot more responsive when switching between programs etc ...
@shley
PS: Even experts screw up with ebay ... (anybody want 4x 256mb PC100 Notebook memory? - work fine - as long as you have a 256mbit motherboard :-/)
