Hi,
I have very simillar problem.
Gigabyte GA-EP35C-DS3R
Intel Pentium D 805
I had two A-data dimms. Memtest told some errors. I tried single dimms but it not helped.
So I went to shop and bought new 2x Kingston 1024MB DDR II 1066MHz KHX8500D2/1G. But the problem persists
I am trying now to check memory in Windows Memory Diagnostic, because he can turn off processor caching. It still fails so it looks like faulty mobo...
