It doesn't matter HOW consent is revoked, as long as both parties are aware that consent HAS BEEN revoked, which is clearly the case here.
Whether or not you can prove something matters a great deal to me. You've not addressed the core issue, that passively revoking your consent leaves nothing objective for third parties to judge.
I do not support false accusations. But if the unwanted sexual activity did take place, then the we should be encouraging victims to make the accusations, regardless of what might happen in a court of law. Other women need to be warned about the possibility of harm, so that they can make informed decisions.
Eventually, the evidence will stack up.
If only the court system worked that way. If found guilty, lives are ruined by mere words and no evidence. If found innocent, no one will be the wiser.
