No. Because THAT is not rape.
Neither is the situation outlined in the article.
It might be breach of verbal contract, but it ain't rape.

No. Rape is performing a sexual act on someone without their approval. And if a guy had sex with a woman ON THE CONDITION SHE WAS ON BC and she lied would anyone call that rape?
In one case someone is performing a sexual act on someone else when that someone else has expressly forbidden that sexual act. In the other case, someone lied but nobody was subjected to a sexual act that they did not approve of.In both case consent to sex was based on a condition that was not fulfilled. So in both cases the consent was not valid.
It only sounds that way to you because you have a brain defect. It's always entertaining to see your misogyny spill out of P&N and into OT.It sounds like what you are really arguing is that sex with a man without his consent is not rape.
No. That's fraud, if she lied about being on BC. Neither was FORCED to have sex against their will.

So if he didn't announce that he was going to ejaculate inside of her, would you agree that force wasn't involved? Or does the physical action of internal ejaculation at all constitute force to you?

So you're telling me that a woman in bed asking you to pull out because she doesn't want you to ejaculate inside of her and NOT WANTING you to do that..but you do it anyway is not rape?
Actually, according to the article, the judge specifically said his decision does not apply to accidents. This guy did it on purpose and admitted he did it on purpose against her will. :whiste:Sucks for guys who accidentally ejaculate early when they were suppose to pull out or were too into the heat of the moment to pull out. Now they are rapists.
Sucks for guys who accidentally ejaculate early when they were suppose to pull out or were too into the heat of the moment to pull out. Now they are rapists.
The pull out method is an effective method of contraception now? Interesting.

Correct. If you can't handle the consequences, don't perform the act. Contraception is easily acquired and oftentimes free. Use it. We shouldn't have the nanny state spelling this shit out and if you're an adult you need to take responsibility for your own actions, because they can have dire repercussions.
Considering this couple lives according to Sharia Law, I think contraception was not an option.Correct. If you can't handle the consequences, don't perform the act. And how do you know that she wasn't asking him to pull out at that point? You think guys don't make noise when they're about to finish. Yea right. You think he was going to be able to do it without her noticing? I guess you guys just think Women are stupid creatures.
He knew exactly what he was doing.
He didn't accidentally ejaculate. He did it on purpose. Did you even read what he said to her?
Ok, so he starts grunting and it becomes clear he is close to climax. Would she necessarily suspect that he isn't going to pull out? Would that mere moment of doubt constitute rape if she expressed it? Is it rape for a man who intended to pull out but due to poor self-control failed to?
However, at the last minute he told her he was not withdrawing and told her 'because you are my wife and I'll do it if I want'.
But it's still a sex act she didn't consent to. Is there such thing as accidental rape?

So what you're saying is a man has every right to force something on a woman against her will during sex because she should be able to "handle the consequences" and use contraception.
He's an adult, yet, in the mind of you and Nehalem...he is excused. What he did was digusting, yet..all you two can think about is placing the blame on the female.
READ the article. Why are you guys still acting like this was an accident? He knew she did not want him to ejaculate inside of her, but he does it anyway because he feels he can do whatever he wants. That's what he told her.
My wife laughed her ass off over this last night when we were talking about it. Then while we were fooling around later, ~3 seconds before I cum she said, "wait, don't do that! Stop! Stop!" Well, she got a yammie full of seed and we joked about it for half an hour.

Apparently rape has now been redefined to "not exactly the sex a woman wants".
