So I'm looking for things to do to improve my mental side. Mostly regarding things like gambling.
I'm a card counter and have been for awhile now (of course not as a job). And while I play within bankroll requirements as far as stakes and know my stuff there.
But when I hit some bad variance, I'm known to lose my head and start overbetting and just try and get 'lucky'. Its mostly the thing that I don't like to lose because I'm very competitive.
While I dont really know what else to add here. Looking for advice from people maybe about books, or things to do. I've heard of Yoga and stuff might be applicable.
