i heard that there is mercury in tuna and you can get sick if you eat too much of it. i eat a can of tuna about 2x a week. how much is too much?

I wouldn't worry too much at two cans a week. Two cans a day could potentially be bad but really I wouldn't worry about it unless you are a woman who is now or may be child bearing.
