Merry Christmas ATOT.
Merry Christmas ATOT.
Yay! I had my first Merry (Atheist) Christmas.I'll be making plenty of space for atheism
In cold weather I wear clothes to bed including socks, some thick-ish socks. Helps keep the feet (etc.) warm. Also, in cold weather I wear a hoody sweatshirt.Hope anyone with cold toes is doing ok. Could be military veterans who got a touch of frostbite in the extremities or anyone with the same condition. I've bought numerous devices to try to relieve my cold toes when sleeping. I got an electric blanket to sort of work but it's hard to keep my feet from slipping out. Working on ties to keep my feet in the right area of the blanket.
And using toe and foot warmers can be risky if the controls malfunction and it causes burns. I'm not trolling, some here probably suffer from it and cold fingers can also be included as an issue.
Merry atheist solstice!Yay! I had my first Merry (Atheist) Christmas.
Great news! You just can't beat a present like that.Found out my mom's biopsy taken on a mass on her thyroid came back clean so got the only thing I really wanted for Christmas. 👍
Yeah we were all scared as hell, especially after a close call with colon cancer a few years ago where her doctor said they seemed to have found it just in time to be able to cut it all out without anything showing in the margins or lymph nodes.Great news! You just can't beat a present like that.
Ouch that's terrible, I'm sorry to hear that.Scary stuff. My mother was diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer and passed less than 4 weeks later.
Try an electric *mattress* heater instead of an electric blanket. Set it halfway 3 hours before you get in bed at night and then turn it down to low.Hope anyone with cold toes is doing ok. I mean all the traditional decorations aren't Christian anyway! Indoor tree? Pagan. Holly and mistletoe? Pagan. Fairy on top of the tree? Pagan. Wassailing? Not sure but it doesn't seem Christian. The non Christians in the hood don't seem to put up decorations with their religion themes. Even atheists can decorate about their beliefs.
